We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, and a strong understanding of current online marketing trends in China and Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:
Support the digital marketing team in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, WeChat, xiaohongshu, Facebook, IG, website and content marketing.

Qualifications:
DSE or above in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Prior experience in digital marketing or a similar role is preferred.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms
Ability to think creatively and analytically, with attention to detail.

Digital Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customer order, reply email, whatsapp, Wechat or phone enquiries and orders
Prepare the invoice and shipping documents
Track the shipment status and provide updates to customers
Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize shipping processes and improve efficiency

Prior experience in shipping industry in China market
